Who we are

Not a corporation.
Three people.

A certified Q Grader, Costa Rica’s National Roasting Champion 2025, and a co-founder who answers his own emails. No middle layers between the farm and your cup.

Why we exist

Great Costa Rican coffee should travel with its story.

Every day we visit producers, cup lots, roast and train. Too often the coffee leaves and its story stays behind. We're here to bring both across, from the farm to your cup.

— Diego, Jurgen & Rodrigo

Who we are

Not a corporation. Three people and a lot of coffee.

We're three co-founders in Costa Rica, and we don't hand off the parts that matter. We taste it, we roast it, we bring it to you.

(and yes, we answer our own emails)

Co-Founder · Sourcing & Quality

the one with the spoon

Out in the farms with producers and cooperatives, then back at the cupping table. If a coffee carries our name, it passed through his spoon first.

02 · Roasts it

Jurgen Rojas

Co-Founder · Head Roaster

the one by the roaster

Costa Rica's National Roasting Champion in 2025 and an advanced barista. He brews what he roasts, tastes it, and goes back to adjust until both speeds show up in the cup.

Rodrigo Quintanilla

Co-Founder · Sales, Marketing & Strategy

the one who won't let the story stay behind

He leads sales, marketing and strategy, buys our green coffee, and makes sure that when a bag reaches your kitchen, the story arrives with it.

What we do

One team. Every step of the coffee chain.

We work coffee from farm to cup every day in Costa Rica, for our own brands and for roasters, importers, cafés, hotels and brands. Whatever part of the chain you need, start here.

Start a conversation
01 · AT THE FARM

Sourcing

We travel Costa Rica's coffee regions to find, cup and select lots, working directly with producers and cooperatives. Tell us the profile you're after and we'll go find it.

Best for: roasters and importers looking for specific profiles or a reliable origin partner.

02 · ON THE MOVE

Green coffee trading

We connect buyers with Costa Rican green coffee. Every lot is evaluated by a licensed Q Grader on our team before it moves, so you know what you're getting.

No minimum order: buy what you need. Best for roasters and buyers who roast their own.

03 · IN THE ROASTERY

Roasting, wholesale & private label

We roast at origin in Costa Rica, for our own brands and for yours. Roasted coffee for your menu or shelf, or white label and private label coffee under your own brand, finished where it's grown and with the story ready to tell.

Best for: cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and brands launching their own coffee.

04 · AT THE BAR

Training

Hands-on coffee training for teams, 100% in person: brewing methods, espresso, and how to talk about origin so guests understand what's in their cup.

Format: 100% in person. Best for café, restaurant and hotel teams.

Something else in mind? A coffee trip, a custom blend, an introduction to a producer. If it involves Costa Rican coffee, ask us.
